A simple breakdown of my experience

We just returned from a lovely family holiday! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Turgul, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food options were plentiful, and the pools were well-maintained. Our kids never ran out of activities, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The bar staff were super attentive, making sure our drinks were refreshed constantly, and I loved the beach jetty for swimming.

Housekeeping inconsistencies need addressing!!! The coffee bar staff in the evenings lack proper service skills!!! Overcrowded beach areas could ruin your relaxation!!! Poor internet connectivity is frustrating!!! Too much noise from surrounding venues can interrupt peaceful moments!!!

A balance of wins and fails

The resort offers a variety of activities for children, ensuring they never get bored. The cleanliness of the facility impressed me, with a dedicated team maintaining the high standards throughout.

Dining can feel chaotic during peak hours, leading to a less enjoyable atmosphere. some staff struggled with communication, impacting service efficiency.

The staff were choice, super friendly and attentive. the evening entertainment was a bit meh and the coffee bar service could do with a few tweaks. Still, the Turkish bath was a real treat!

Spent 6 nights in a Family Room and had an amazing stay! The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, especially the spacious pool area which had loads of sunbeds. The food was a highlight with a wonderful variety of evening meals. The kids’ facilities kept the little ones entertained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service in the dining area.

Amazing beach vibes with great service!

Spent a week here as a solo traveler, and it was awesome! The beach pier is perfect for sunbathing, plenty of beds available. Had a tasty dinner at the poolside snack bar, which was a nice treat. Just wish the lunch choices shook up a bit. it got kinda repetitive. a very chill experience.

The tiny kids' pool was disappointing. the variety of evening meals was great.

The nightly shows were a jol, especially the one with live music! Lekker vibey and the staff were super friendly, always up for a chat. The breakfast had proper options—fresh juices and omelettes made just right. Plus, that Turkish bath was downright bliss!

The beach was a bit rocky at times, needed to watch my step when getting in the water.
